Delivery Information
Once we’ve received your order we’ll get it dispatched within 3 days. We’ll pay the post and packing to any UK addresses using Royal Mail’s 2nd class post. Your delivery of Slim Be should be with you within 10 days of your order.
If you live abroad we’ll use Royal Mail International and there will be an additional charge.
If for any reason you want to return your Slim Be, provided no sachets have been opened you’ll receive a full refund. To read the full refund details please see our returns policy.
If your delivery does not arrive within 15 days please contact your local sorting office to check whether the parcel is being help for you. If it isn’t please get in touch with us at info@slim-be.com (needs correct address and phone number) or call us on 0800 622 6139. Please note that you must contact us about a delivery that has not been received within 30 days of placing your order.
